Punch Romaine

This epic last cocktail served on the Titanic is still a delicious and refreshing drink for many occasions: 

Using a lewis bag and something heavy, smash 4-5 ice cubes until well crushed. In a boston shaker, add rum, wine, simple syrup, lemon juice, orange juice and miraculous foamer over ice. Shake well for 10-12 seconds. In a large coupe, pile a mound of crushed ice. Strain and pour the cocktail over the ice, evenly distributing the foam. Top with Prosecco and garnish with an orange twist.
