My Darling Clementine
A slightly spiced and slightly charred cocktail with a refreshing finish!
- 1 oz spiced rum
- 1/2 oz Noilly Prat Ambré vermouth
- 2 clementines, freshly juiced
- 2 slices of clementines, charred
On medium heat, char the slices of clementines on a cast iron pan until slightly browned. Remove from pan and add to a cocktail shaker. Combine spiced rum, vermouth and clementine juice to the shaker and shake well over ice. Using a hawthorne strainer and a fine mesh strainer, double strain the cocktail into a coupe glass. Enjoy!
