Gin


Twentieth Century Sour

2 oz gin

1/2 oz fresh lemon juice

1/4 oz Creme de Cacao

1/2 oz Lillet Blanc

1 egg white

Chocolate bitters for garnish

Combine the gin, lemon juice, Creme de Cacao, Lillet Blanc and egg white into a shaker over ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into a jam jar making sure to get a decent layer of egg white on top of the cocktail. Garnish with a few drops of chocolate bitters.
