Around the World in 8 Sips

Lift your spirits with this delightful cocktail that will take you around the world in 8 sips! Grab your Passepartout and enjoy!

  • 2 oz amber rum
  • 1 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 grapefruit, freshly squeezed
  • 2 dashes Bittered Sling Malagasy Chocolate
  • Egg white
  • Shaved chocolate for garnish

In a cocktail shaker over ice, combine rum, vermouth, grapefruit juice, bitters and egg white. Shake vigorously for 12-15 seconds to froth the egg white. Strain and pour into a coupe glass or martini glass. Using a microplane, grate chocolate over the egg white.
