A refreshing and tart beer cocktail for the dead of summer!
- 2 oz Tequila Reposado
- 1.5 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 oz rhubarb jam
- Pale Ale
Combine the tequila, freshly squeezed lime juice and rhubarb jam in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well (more than usual to combine the jam with the other ingredients). Double strain into a cocktail glass. Top with pale ale and enjoy!
