A take on the Martinez, this colorful and refreshing cocktail is a delicious choice from December to May, blood orange season.
- 1 oz Old Tom gin
- 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/2 fresh blood orange juice
- Juice of 1 lime wedge
- Splash of club soda
- Slice of blood orange for garnish
Combine the gin, sweet vermouth and citrus juices in a cocktail shaker over ice. Shake well and strain into a large coup glass. Top with club soda and garnish with a slice of blood orange.
