Twentieth Century Sour
A refreshing take on a classic!
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Creme de Cacao
- 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
- 1 egg white or 1 ml Ms. Better's miraculous foamer
- Scrappy's Chocolate bitters for garnish
Combine all ingredients except the bitters in a cocktail shaker over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a squat mason jar making sure to make a decent layer of egg whites on the drink. Finish with three drops of chocolate bitters on the egg white top.
